We charge by volume for most items, aside from very heavy waste, such as rubble or soil. Our vehicles are equivalent to 2.5 skips, so we measure volume in 1/2 skips.

We include a certain amount of free labour (which is usually plenty) and have small supplemental charges for certain hazardous items due to the legal requirements and extra costs involved recycling them.
